Digital Shepherd will limit the amount and type of personal information collected to that which is necessary. No information or systems will be removed from your premises without permission from you. Information and systems removed from the premises will be kept in a secure location to ensure your privacy and protection of the property.

Should you request in writing, Digital Shepherd will provide you with all existences, uses, and disclosures of your information with the only exception being where the law requires. In addition, we will not disclose information collected without written consent or as required by law.
